UX/Website Design

This is a group project involving two other classmates. The goal is to redesign the Sephora help page to be more user friendly and accessible.  We conducted usability tests and created design prototypes for the Sephora help center. It was difficult to find ways to incorporate user feedback and also come up with user-friendly designs. We organized our research in a way that allowed us to make detailed changes and edits. In future projects we want to incorporate more user feedback more efficiently.
